New support portal - good or not?

First of all I have to state that I’m a true Acme Packet fan, my colleagues usually says that “Acme Packet “ is written all over my face.
However; I just tried to find documents, patches and the possibilities to file support tickets on the “new” Oracle support site. So far I spent 45 minutes without ANY success. I'm able to login but that's it more or less.
What I’m trying say is that the migration from the old Acme Packet support site is a true disaster. As a customer I can’t accept to start registering my boxes, apply for access to patches etc. etc… The old site was not beautiful but worked like a charm.
