Decrypt FAILED unable to decrypt ---- collect log

Hi everyone

 

Well Im trying to setting the "report manager" feature in NNC but after the SBC trying push files to server the servers goes unreachable.

 

Registered push receivers are:


IP Address                                Status

192.168.55.163                     unreachable

 

 

 I looked the collect log and acme logs and I found the following messages:

 

"acmelog"
