net-net 4500 console-- can settings be changed, and if so, how

I have a production base of 4 net-net 4500 devices in 2 HA pairs.  I'd like to connect them to our OBM (out of band modem) device but the device does not support a baud rate of 115200.

 

Can this (and other settings) be changed?  Can someone detail the procedure for me?

 

6.2.0 software train if this is pertinent.
