Does PalladionPlatform must be installed in HP servers?

Hi every one,

 

Does anybody can explain why the Oracle/Acmepacket office here in Mexico has told us that the Palladion Platform must be installed in HP servers?

 

We have been selling the fact that  Palladion is capable of monitoring any VoIP network agnostic to equipment vendors.

 

Can anybody please explain from the tecnical perspective; why HP servers mus be used and what are the advantages and also, what exact HP server models then as I guess, there should be specifc models for such technical reasons as I do not see as acceptable that it is just the vendor brand the only requirement.
