ESXi Support on VME

Hi everyone!

 

I'd like to know if it's a good idea to purchase support from vmware for the ESXi 5.0 on the VME platform.

 

I understand that ESXi is a free product, and I would like to check with you guys if any of the implementations made in this platform (VME w/ ESXi) has required the purchase of some sort of support from the virtualization vendor.

 

I'd like to know what Acme would recommend for this scenario.
