Remote Console

Does anyone use or know of a good hardware based solution to allow direct console access to the SBC's (4500's if it matters) across the LAN? I'm looking for a device where I can permanently cable several SBC's to one unit and access the console ports from anywhere on the network. I know theres devices out there just wondered if anyone had any experience with any in particular that worked well with the SBC's.
