Tracing promotions and demotions

We are redefining our peering scenario so from now on we will implement the peering aggresive scenario described in ACME's BCP. I would like to know if there is some command that can give us an idea of how many promotions and demotions take place in the CAM.

 

With the show acl command we can have static photos of the CAM status, but we cannot know if a given untrusted entry is flapping between trusted or untrusted and how often this is happenning.
