Packetization time for FAX transcoding

Hello.

 

According to documentation for transcoding (Net-Net 4500 and 3820 Transcoding S-CX6.3.7 Configuration Guide.pdf) "T.38 Fax transcoding available for G711 only @ 30ms ptime". We are using 20 ms packetization time everywhere on out network, thus softswitch and SBC cannot "hear" each other in T.38 <-> G.711 transcoding scenario (T.38 is used on access leg of call and G.711 - on core one).

 

Are there any plans to support other ptime values in future releases and if yes, when?
