Replacement of Goods Dispatched

Hi All,

I am in automobile parts manufacturing industry. Scenario is for e.g Seats are dispatched to Automobile manufacturer and invoice is created even in some cases receipt is also received and after some time customer finds out some of the seats dispatched are damaged. We need to quickly replace these seats by issuing it through Gate Pass. Once replaced seats are delivered to customer, damaged seats are brought back in factory. No sales return is entered in this case.

Please advice how to deal with this issue.
