Dispatch instructions from customer

Hi All,

We are about to implement Oracle EBS R12 in automobile parts manufacturing industry. Company have three major customers providing 90% of the business. Quantum of dispatches is very high. One of the customer provide a file weekly which contain details that are Dispatch Instruction Number,Dispatch Date,Product and Quantity. As per comapny's current customized software, this file is uploaded in software. Whenever Deliver Challan is generated for any product, system find dispatch instruction numbers against that product and select it in delivery challan. DI number is also printed on DC. Customer only recognize DI number when receiving product.
