Dispatch to customer

Hi All,

I have scenario in shipping execution where Stores&Dispatch department generate delivery and dispatch products so that stock is out from inventory. In Oracle shipping execution, i believe Stores&Dispatch department will allocate & transact move order and ship confirm it. But Security at Factory Gate also perform entry in current company's customized software. As long as security does not enter in software delivery can be amended and deleted.


Please advise how to map this security entry process in oracle.
