Withholding Tax line

Hi,


We have created an invoice and trying to enter a line of type 'Withholding Tax' but when we enter the line manually the system is not allowing us to enter the account details. All fields in distribution are disabled.


Please let us know if any one has faced the same issue.

Any help is much appreciated.
