AWR report

Hi,

on 11g R2 on Win 2008

I wonder if the following parts of AWR report can show any problem ever. For me no,  they do not because the wait times are any way necessary and they are relative. Can we say we have a problem because we have large I/O wait ? I don't think so. Large ? Comparing to what ?
