Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any idea which fan is faulty?

From the logs, it seemed like the 6 fan modules are working fine.

I am not sure which fan io.f0 is referring to.

I have checked the system handbook and the only other fan is the blower assembly.

Please advise if it is referring to this 541-0645 Rear Fan Tray?

ft0.fm0.led      | OFF

ft0.fm1.led      | OFF

ft0.fm2.led      | OFF

ft1.fm0.led      | OFF

ft1.fm1.led      | OFF

ft1.fm2.led      | OFF

io.f0.led        | ON

Seemed like the PSU is faulty as well. Can anyone please confirm?
