Copying from one environment to another

Hi there

Is there a way to copy all FDMEE and ARM configuration to a different environment?  The client I am working with has multiple environments and a couple need to be replicas of each other (containing same mappings, reconciliations, etc).  What is the best way of doing this if such a copy facility (like the old "copy app" in HFM) does not exist? Thanks
