Error in CSM_ITEM_INSTANCE_EVENT_PKG.REFRESH_INSTANCES_ACC: 1:User-Defined Exception

Hi

we have an issue with

JTM Master Concurrent Program with parameter INV

we get this error message since few days and i was not able to find any information in metalink with this exact error message :

Error in CSM_ITEM_INSTANCE_EVENT_PKG.REFRESH_INSTANCES_ACC: 1:User-Defined Exception

is someone have an idea for fixing or do you think i should enter a SR with Oracle support ?
