Planning export metadata to file

in latest 11.1.2.3.500 there is a option to export the metadata to csv file only

but csv file doesnt save formulas correctly, it is seperating the commas in formula. it there a way to resolve it?

As a developer i have many other option to do, but im trying to provide a way for Functional Business Admin to export from UI anytime they want and this option is the best one.
