FDMEE Periods - Need to load to 2 Different HFM App with 2 different Calendars

Hi All,
I’m looking for some feedback/suggestions
I need to load data to 2 different HFM applications with 2 different fiscal calendars. One calendar runs from Jan to Dec. The other calendar runs from Oct-Sep. I’m wondering what is the best way to set up the FDM Periods.
For example if I am loading to Oct 2013…
When loading to HFM App #1 (Jan-Dec calendar), Oct 2013 is Period 10. I can set up the FDM Period as 10/31/2013 and the Target as Oct 2013 (Fiscal Year 2013) …(no issues here)
When loading to HFM App #2 (Oct-Sep calendar), Oct 2013 is Period 1. If I set up the FDM Period as 10/31/2013 (same as above) then the Target needs to be Oct
