Part of RTF section not displaying output

I am Designing a AR Invoices report. I am not able to display the remit to address and scan line in the PDF output. Part of the RTF section is not displaying the output. I have checked the examples from previous discussions and followed the same way . But I am missing the loops order. I am attaching the rtf and the xml output. Can any one help me out what is the loop that i am missing out.
