FSG report needs to be updated in bi publisher

Hello

We have a FSG report.  It has 2 columns, The YTD-Actual and the YTD-Actual Offset -4 (End of Fiscal Year)

We need that for the first column it uses the sum of some accounts, but for the other column the sum of other accounts as end of fiscal year that amount is transfered.

                        C1         C2(end of Fiscal Year)

R1                    x            y

R2                    z            z      (for all the periods shows the value of end of fiscal year)

our report should look like this

                         C1           C2

R1                     x              z

Is there a way to do this,

How can i modify a FSG report so it prints this way, maybe by BI Publisher
