undo tablespace - resize data files

Oracle DB: 10.2.0.4

OS: Linux

I need to shrink the UNDO Tablespace. It is currently 115GB and like to shrink each of the 7 data files from 15gb each to 12gb each. I tried to shrink these files but Oracle does not let me do that.

I reduced the undo retention to 45000 seconds = 12.5 hours, but that did not help.

in dba_undo_extents, I see the following:

1. UNDO1, Status - Expired = 18 gb

2. UNDO1, Status - UnExpired = 65gb
