EBS Personalizations (12.0.6 to 12.2) compatibility

Is it possible to export/import personalizations from EBS 12.0.6 (11g DB) to EBS 12.2.4 (11g DB)?

I exported personalizations from 12.0.6 and when trying to import to 12.2, I receive a system failure error.

Oracle states that "Unable To 'Import/Export' Personalizations From Functional Administrator (Doc ID 1926167.1)" should resolve this issue.

However, I am unsure how the personalizations will behave after being exported from a different release.
