How to reassign POs from one buyer to another

Hello,

   In our EBS 12.1.3 version, we want to be able to call up a buyer's POss and reassign them to another buyer, all of them or a selection of them. Is there such a functionality? if there is, which responsibility, menu, or function it is available under?
