Error while Executing Data Load Rule

One of my FDMEE bacth didnt rum for the past 3 days.I tried to manually execute the batch but getting error "An Error Occurred" .Same Error when I rescedule the batch as well

Then I manually try to run the Data Load rule associated to that bacth.When executing the rule I get the below Error.

Questions

1.How to check whether ODI Agent is running?

2.If its not running how do I run it.

3.Can I restart the FDMEE services which will start the ODI Agent?
