Update EMEA VAT Reporting Entities

Hi,

I wonder if there is any way to update an entry in EMEA VAT Reporting Entities form. I have done setups for Austria, ran the selection process ok, but when I run Austrian VAT Reconciliation report, JEAT_VAT_REPORTING_ENTITY_ID value set would not work as it relies on mapping_vat_rep_entity_id and balancing_segment_value, which appear to be null.
