Separate Assignment Sets for GOP and ASCP supply planning

Currently we are using ASCP for planning. In the assignment set we use in the ASCP plan we have assignments mostly for Buy items. For finished goods make items we don't have assignments to Make type sourcing rules and ASCP just suggests make orders for finished goods based on Make or Buy attribute.

We are going to implement GOP now and for that we will have to include GOP assignments for finished goods in the assignment set which would be to global Transfer From sourcing rules. In this case if we don't have more specific assignments for the items to Make at sourcing rules in the manufacturing Org ASCP will start suggesting Transfer from orders for the Make items. This also causes auto create work orders to fail if it finds a transfer from sourcing rule assignment only.
