Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 2 Node RAC, node failure fail-over

Hi ,

I have a two node RAC.

When one node is down, the service failover is not having to the other node

I have checked, hostnames, vips, scan-name all are getting resolved properly by the nslookup command.

I am only able to connect to the database when both the instances(nodes) are up.
