upgrade steps from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4 with dataguard

We plan to upgrade from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4 (HP Itanium).  There is an active physical data guard and would like to know the steps involved in this scenario.

We have read the document: Complete Checklist for out-of-Place Manual Upgrade from Previous 11.2.0.N Version to the Latest 11.2.0.N Patchset ( Doc ID 1276368.1 ).

It doesn't have anything related to dataguard upgrade.

Any advice or links to related document would be appreciated.
