Difference in item availability between 2 different users

Hello, all

We are facing a strange problem in JDE E1 V9.1 regarding item availability.

For 1 item which is m

anaged with serial numbers

  • 10 pieces were receipt in the F43121 : we found this receipts in the file - 10 lines with 10 different serial number - OK
  • 10 pieces were received in the item ledger with this purchase order number - OK
  • 0 pieces were stored in the item location file - KO (maybe this problem was due to a time out ?.....)

We decided with our consultant to launch a SQL

to insert the 10 lines with the serial numbers in each line - OK
