How to export a BOM in Agile and import into another instance of Agile

Is there a way to export an Assembly or Finished Good BOM from one instance of Agile and use that same BOM and import into another instance of Agile.  For example from a Production system into a Test environment.

Every BOM export we see is a Level style BOM and the standard BOM import requires a Parent-Child style import.
