Error from arp_process_adjustment.insert_adjustment API

Hi

We are creating Adjustment based on AR Transaction using arp_process_adjustment.insert_adjustment. In few cases like when we open transaction on screen and submit API through Concurrent Program we are getting this error.

arp_process_adjustment.insert_adjustment exception: ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired

some times even when transaction is opened able to create adjustment with out any issue

Need help in resolving this issue
