We are using Project Manufacturing in 11i. How do we relieve inventory for the Project related parts

We are on 11i using Project Manufacturing, Project Costing and Project Billing.  When we receive parts into inventory for a Project, the items are placed in a Project/Task locator and the cost goes to Project.  We then bill our customer.

How does on hand inventory get decremented in this scenario?
