HFM data extract options

Hi All,

We have a business request to extract data from HFM only for certain dimensions. In other words, they want to see the file with only a few dimensions like entity, account, period and date rather than the entire POV

This is the original extract:

In this, we need only the first 7 columns.

Re-arranged Order should be:

!Data

Actuals;2014;Jan;YTD;902;CAD;102001;-5227046.45


I am unable to hide these while selecting the dimensions under Data Extract.

HFM Version: 11.1.2.2.300

Any help is appreciated.
