Error in Apply on Account API

Hi.  I'm getting an error message when a concurrent program called Credit Card Apply Payment Process.

Error in Apply on Account API : The receipt amount cannot be less than the sum of the applied and on-account amounts.

I was able to track down the message code of AR_RW_AMOUNT_LESS_THAN_APP, but I'm not sure what to do with this.  I'm hoping someone can assit.

Get Unprocessed Transactions...

Amount processing :859.08

Else if trx_number :13406802

Creating Cash API receipt# 032959

Error in Apply on Account API : The receipt amount cannot be less than the sum of the applied and on-account amounts.
