On the P09200 Account Ledger Inquiry, why are Reference 1 and Reference 2 flipped when upgrading fro

After converting from Xe to 9.1 tools 9.1.4, customer noticed that on the P09200, Account Ledger Inquiry, that the data that displays in the Reference 1 and Reference 2 fields is backwards.  Any ideas on why this might happen, and if there is a way to fix it going forward?
