How to create a group in oracle fail safe manager 4.1.1.1

Dear all.

windows : 2012 R2

oracle version : 11.2.0.3

OFS version : 4.1.1 -> patch 4.1.1.

 

0. configured mscs

cluster name : oraclecluster

1. installed

node1 -> ofs  -> oracle software only

node2 -> ofs  -> oracle software only

 

2.Created database on the node1

SID : ORCL

 

3. runing oracle fail safe manager

validation completed cluster group for oraclecluster.

 

4. Ok. how to create a new group?

 

please...i've been read so many google or ofs document.
