OAT depolyment clarifications..

Hi, needed some clarification around OAT deployment option.

The UG does mention the main flows, but does not provide much details:

- Under which conditions can deployment be used. ex - If an Item is in Inventory, can it be used to 'Move' around..? It doesn't seem to be. It looks like only once an Item is in a 'location' --> can it be deployed further..?

- If I do not want to use Inventory transaction to move around Items, does OAT provide an alternative. I understand that OAT deployment is a post process to Inventory transaction, but not an alternative..? Please confirm
