ORA-19625: error identifying file

Hi,

Our service provider has a rman error when he want to save our database.

the returned error is : ora-19625

In fact when I passed our database in archivelog mode , I switched logfile, but  I set a bad archivelogdest. I corrected the error I created a correct spfile. and I deleted the first archivelog file in the wrong archivelogdest.

And now Rman returned Ora-19625 for the first  deleted archivelogfile.

How can correct the error ? what can I have to say to my service provider , because I can't to log in their rman !!! how skip the first deleted archilogfile
