IP2014 -- Strange behavior after upgrade

Hello,

Not sure if this goes in the upgrade section or somewhere else, but here goes:

After upgrading from IP13 PS9 to IP14 PS4, noticed some unexpected behavior regarding the Quote Buscomp. Have two separate thin client sessions open, then and query for the same record, for example 1-ABCDEF. In the first session, update the record and save it. In the second, requery the Quote record either by clicking the ExecuteQuery button or requerying for the Id. The second session doesn't show the updates made to the record in the first session. Try to make a different change to the record in the second session. Then it will realize there was a change made to the
