Can we consume a webservice using irep api

Hi

There is a webservice published by a third party application which is consumed by Oracle SOA through proxy web service. Now SOA publishes that service after transformation through another proxy service which needs to be consumed by Oracle ERP. I am looking for a possible solution to consume the webservice in Oracle ERP by registering the pl/sql package through iRep. Is it possible? I haven't found any relevant document for the same.
