Cost Manager Errors out : APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 3113 in AFPCOA

EBS : 12.1.3

Platform : Solaris (64 Bit)

Cost Manager goes down with the errors as mentioned below:

Cause: AFPCOA failed due to ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
