Can the END CUSTOMER on OM lines be the instance owner?

Hi All,

As per oracle standard functionality, owner in IB is picked from sales order header. But can we override this functionality, as we need to have instance owner to be picked from the field 'end_customer' from order lines.

This is because our business wants to give ownership of item instances to end customers not the distributors. We enter distributors in sales order header and end customer at lines.

Please let me know your inputs to address this issue.
