R12.2.4 iProcurement Non-Catalog Request missing "Step-By-Step Checkout"

Hi!

I have just done a upgrade and migrated data from 11i to R12.2.4

Regarding iProc and when I perform a non-catalog-request it seems like one specific step is missing in the workflow. Following steps are performed in R12.2.4:

- I create a non-catalog-request

- I add specific information

- I press add to cart

- I press button "view cart and checkout"

- Under "delivery and billing" I enter information about the project and so on.

- Enter submit

And its when I enter submit I receive "Requisition 462631 has been submitted". So basically I'm missing the workflow step "Checkout: Requisition Information" and there is three steps there. I think its called "Step-By-Step Checkout". Steps are called: Requisition Information, Approvals and Review and Submit.
