Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have a procedure which have some IN parameters, and one p_cursor out SYS_REFCURSOR.

I want to test this in sql developer, how can I do this?

any idea?
