What are necessary setup needed for mobile application to integration with Oracle E Business after upgrade to 12.2.4.

What are pre-requisites and what is architecture we need to have for it? We use Oracle E Biz over intranet across 90 locations in India, so how we can connect Mobile apps which will be on internet with E Biz used within our Intranet.
