Need help finding software to support SL8500 with VTS (VSM6?) in z/OS 2.1 .

I have seen reference to 'ELS'  containing either 2 or three sub-products.

What products really comprise ELS ?  Which are needed for SL8500 with Virtual Tape (VSM6) ?

Should I get 7.0, 7.x (whatever x might be) or 6.2 ?

Similar for SMC .  It appears to be part of NCS (or maybe that's what it is called now).?

Do I order SMC or NCS ? Do the version numbers  match ELS/HSC ?
