Error while submitting reconciliation as Preparer (ARM 11.1.2.4)

We have recently upgraded our EPM environment from 11.1.2.3 to 11.1.2.4 on Win 2008 R2 platform. Post the upgrade, we have:

  • Confirmed that all system diagnostic tests as well as the Close Manager and ARM Validation pass successfully without any errors reported.
  • Setup the ARM application for reconciliation cycle (FCM/SOA were only installed and configured in the 11.1.2.3 environment).

As part of testing the reconciliation workflow in 11.1.2.4, we are attempting to submit the reconciliation as a Preparer over to the Reviewer. Upon clicking the Submit button on the reconciliation, we get the familar prompt asking if we'd like to proceed with submission. Upon confirming the submission, ARM displays the following error prompt -
