Greetings - Is there a way to establish a threshold amount for Late Charge Invoices themselves? We

Greetings - Is there a way to establish a threshold amount for Late Charge Invoices themselves?  We would like all overdue invoices to be included in the Late Charge Calculations but do not wish to produce a Late Charge Invoice if is under $5.00.  Thanks.
