ASM diskgroup monitor - How?

Oracle: 11.2.0.3

OS: Linux

Storage: ASM

RAC: 5 nodes

I need to monitor ASM disk groups. I need to receive e-mail/Cell phone Text if the FREE and/or PCT_FREE go below certain GB/percentage. We have 10 disk groups.

Please let me know if Oracle provide a way to monitor DISK GROUPS or any ideas or your help is appreciated.

This is just an example.
