Installation of Multiple Languages E9.1.2 supported in single set of database and Enterprise Server

Hi,

Is EnterPriseOne 9.1.2 supported multiple Languages in single set of Database server(SQL Server 2008) and single set of Enterprise Application Server(Logic Server + Batch Server) and single set of DV910,PY910,and PD910 HTML Instance ?

Doubts:

As i was reading the document in that it is mentioned we need to apply system locale on Deployment Server before starting Language Installation Plan.

-- If this is case so every time i need to change the system locale settings before every language installation workbench ?

-- According to document i need to change the JDE.INI settings for UBE so in this case How the multiple language will work on single Logic/Bach server ?
